Hi, I’m Elise Zanoni. I founded Reach & Rise Support Services because I am deeply passionate about helping people live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives.
Both my personal and professional life have shaped my journey here. As both a mother and a support worker, I have gained a firsthand understanding of how vital compassionate, reliable support is for individuals living with a disability and their families. I know through experience that trust, consistency, and genuine care are the most important foundations when supporting someone’s wellbeing.
I established Reach & Rise with a clear goal: to provide high-quality, person-centered support that focuses on your unique goals, strengths, and aspirations. I truly believe that every person deserves to feel respected, valued, and fully included within their community.
