Hi, I’m Elise Zanoni, the founder of Reach & Rise Support Services. My passion for supporting people comes from both my personal and professional experiences as a mother and a support worker, where I have seen firsthand how important compassionate, reliable support is for individuals and their families.
Through my journey, I learned that genuine care, trust, and consistency are the foundations of quality support. This inspired me to establish Reach & Rise Support Services with the goal of delivering person-centered support that truly focuses on the individual.
